Banana chia seed pudding
Delicious, refreshing, high in protein and fiber breakfast idea.
For the recipe you'll need:
- Chia seeds 2tbsp
- 1 banana
- Skyr or Greek yogurt 200grams
- Honey 1tsp
- Water 100ml
- Fruits of your own choice for decoration
Preparations:
- In a bowl mash banana, then add yogurt, honey and chia seeds. Mix it well.
- Add water to your mixture to make it more liquidly. If not added pudding can turn out too thick.
- Place your bowl in refrigerator overnight
- When ready add your favorite fruit or seeds
