  1. In a bowl mash banana, then add yogurt, honey and chia seeds. Mix it well.
  2. Add water to your mixture to make it more liquidly. If not added pudding can turn out too thick.
  3. Place your bowl in refrigerator overnight
  4. When ready add your favorite fruit or seeds
