Warming Stew

DESCRIPTION OF THE RECIPE
This is a warm and delicious recipe of homemade chicken stew with vegetables and sour cream.
Perfect for the colder weather.
For the recipe you'll need:
- Water 500ml
- Chicken breast 400grams
- Potatoes 400grams
- 1 big carrot
- 1 big onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of green peas
- 20% sour cream 200grams
- Broccoli 200grams
- Fresh dill and spring onions for garnish
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chicken stock cubes 2pcs
Cooking steps:
- Pour water in the pot and put chicken to cook for 10-15min
- While chicken cooks,cut onion,carrot,potatoes and broccoli into pieces.You can choose the preferable shape for the veggies
- When the chicken becomes white, take it out of the water and leave it for 5min to cool down
- Put onion,carrot and potatoes into the pot to cook
- Cut chicken into smaller pieces and put it back in the pot with veggies
- Put salt, black pepper, 2 chicken stock cubes and sour cream in the pot
- Let everything cook for 20-30min,and then add minced garlic,green peas and broccoli in the pot
- Let everything cook for another 20-30min on slow burner.Don't forget to mix it every 10min
- Add a spoon of sour cream, fresh dill and spring onion when serving
